Blueprint Coffee, a notable specialty coffee roaster, has inaugurated its new headquarters and a large roasting facility in The Tiffany-Botanical Heights neighborhoods. This significant expansion includes moving roasting, training, and administrative operations to the new 11,000-square-foot facility called HQ on 39th, which will enhance production capacity and allow for community engagement through events and educational initiatives. The relocation not only aims to accommodate growing demand by increasing their roasting capacity from 2,000 to 2,500 pounds per week but also enables enhancements at their original café, such as expanded seating and specialized coffee events. The new headquarters, a repurposed building, reaffirms Blueprint's commitment to city-based operations and community integration, promising a dedicated space for growth and increased interaction with both professional and consumer coffee communities.
