Biggby Coffee is set to open its first Green Bay location at 2360 E. Mason St., with a ribbon-cutting event on Monday and the official opening on Tuesday. The new coffee shop, constructed by Alliance Construction & Design, features a 1,000-square-foot building with a drive-thru and seating for 10, including two seats with charging outlets. The project was a collaboration with Jonathan and Tara Nyson. Biggby Coffee offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, including lattes and smoothies, as well as bagel sandwiches. This will be Biggby's second location in northeastern Wisconsin, with the first in Appleton. On opening day, the coffee shop will have a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on all drinks, with $1 from each cup sold donated to Aspiro, a nonprofit serving individuals with disabilities.
