Bad Ass Coffee Brews Up Expansion in Daytona Beach

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, a distinguished coffee franchise known for its premium Hawaiian coffee, has announced a new three-store deal in Daytona Beach, marking its first venture into the Atlantic Coast of Florida. The agreement was signed by Terri and Jessie Simmons, a couple with a rich background in the medical field and hospitality management. Terri, having fallen in love with the brand during a trip to California, decided to bring the unique coffee experience to their Daytona Beach community. With the first location expected to open in early 2025, the Simmons aim to introduce the Hawaiian-inspired coffee culture to Volusia County. This expansion is part of Bad Ass Coffee’s broader strategy to grow through multi-unit development, with over 70% of their franchisees now owning multiple locations. The brand continues to attract franchisees with its strong support system and has also been recognized for its robust growth in recent industry rankings.
