% Arabica Brings Japanese Coffee Culture to Mexico City

% Arabica, the globally renowned coffee brand, has opened its first store in Mexico in the vibrant Colonia Roma neighborhood of Mexico City, marking its presence in 25 countries. Founded by Kenneth Shoji in 2013, the Japanese brand is celebrated for its premium coffee sourced from small farms and its simple, elegant store design. Shoji, who was inspired by his love for coffee and a desire for a simple life, has seen rapid global expansion since the opening of the flagship store in Kyoto in 2014. The Mexico City outlet, located in the Condesa DF Hotel, offers a curated menu that includes espresso-based coffees, specialty lattes, and matcha, all served in a minimalist, Japanese-inspired setting. The store features a state-of-the-art Japanese coffee roaster, ensuring each coffee is freshly made to customer specifications. Shoji aims to create a sustainable, timeless coffee brand that bridges cultural connections worldwide.
