American Dream Coffee Brews Success at Greenwich Farmers Market

Dhiman Raja, an immigrant from India who arrived in the U.S. with just $200 during the 2008 recession, is now the proud founder of American Dream Coffee. This summer, Raja's coffee venture joins the Greenwich Farmers Market, following successful stints at local markets in Newtown, Bethel, and Danbury. Raja's offerings range from light to dark roast, including unique blends and single-origin beans. The coffee is designed for home brewing, encouraging customers to grind fresh beans for a superior coffee experience. Raja emphasizes the quality and ethical sourcing of his beans, noting that most are Fair Trade and harvested meticulously without pesticides. Among the selections are light roasts like Wild West Sunrise, medium roasts such as The Dream and The Rough Riders, and dark roasts including FAFO and Country Tough. Raja's coffee also caters to single-cup brewing enthusiasts with reusable K Cups. Visit the American Dream Coffee tent at the Greenwich Farmers Market on Saturdays to sample and purchase.
