After 27 years, he has successfully operated multiple coffee shops, with plans to open a second location soon in Marlborough. This new site will cater to the residents of a large apartment complex, providing a steady customer base. To tackle staffing challenges, Femino is adopting a new model by hiring operators instead of traditional managers. These operators will take full responsibility for the store, allowing them to grow into leadership roles. Additionally, a profit-sharing bonus pool will incentivize employees and encourage a strong team dynamic.
