This specialty drink combines a rich egg yolk custard with house brewed coffee and espresso, a creative solution from times of milk shortage in Vietnam. It's a tribute to the resilience and inventiveness of Vietnamese culture, reflecting Chef Huynh's personal connection to her heritage and her father's passion for coffee. The collaboration also supports the local community, with 10% of sales going to Oakland’s Community Kitchens, reinforcing the spirit of unity and cultural celebration.
