A new 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location is set to open at 515 East Commerce in Brownwood, on the site of the former OYO Hotel. Known for its unique and fun drive-thru experience, 7 Brew began in Rogers, Arkansas, with a vision to transform drive-thru coffee into a quick, enjoyable, and friendly service. The company prides itself on offering a variety of custom-crafted beverages while fostering an atmosphere of kindness and joy. Construction for the new 511-square-foot facility will commence on September 1 and is expected to be completed by December 15. The new coffee stand will be one of three businesses occupying the former OYO Hotel site, including a Panda Express, which is slated for completion in June 2025. Recently, a turning lane was added off Commerce Street to accommodate the incoming businesses, marking significant progress in the area's redevelopment.
