PostCoffee, a specialty coffee start-up in Japan, has launched its new concept store in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, a district known for its vibrant culture and youthful energy. PostCoffee offers a subscription-based service across Japan and an online platform for purchasing their roasted coffee beans and products from 31 partner roasters, including 25 from Japan and six international partners. The new space, part of their headquarters, serves as a cafe and concept store, offering a variety of specialty-grade coffees, both regular and decaf. The cafe opened on International Coffee Day, October 1, 2023, and underwent a renewal in March 2024, adding outdoor seating and new merchandise. The store reflects the company's vision of providing a chill space to experience diverse coffee options. The cafe is equipped with top-tier coffee gear, including a Speedster espresso machine and a neon dripper V60SP. Sustainability is a key focus, with direct trade initiatives in El Salvador and Ethiopia.
