Located at the corner of 7th Street and Osborn Road, the shop complements their neighboring business, Monsoon Market wine shop. The name "Strip Mall" reflects a lighthearted joke among local business owners about the area's unique charm.

• Customers can also try matcha drinks, including a popular pistachio flavor.
• Non-coffee options like local kombucha and iced tea are available, along with house-made paninis and bagels from a local bakery.
• Operating hours are weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This new addition not only enhances the local coffee scene but also supports community businesses. It provides a cozy space for residents to gather, enjoy quality beverages, and shop for wine nearby.
