Scanomat, a specialized beverage equipment company, has introduced an array of innovative features to its flagship under-counter-installed, super-automatic coffee machine, the TopBrewer. Unveiled at the World of Coffee event in Copenhagen, the new generation TopBrewer boasts a Gen2 Pro grinder designed for low retention and consistent particle size, coupled with a single-dose hopper system known as Prism. This modular solution displays six doses side-by-side, enhancing user convenience in office and hospitality settings. The TopBrewer’s advanced FlowControl and FlowMatrix technologies ensure precise water pressure and distribution, delivering coffee that rivals AeroPress and French Press in flavor. The machine’s milk system includes an upgraded FusionMilk foamer, capable of producing latte-art-quality milk. First launched in 2012, the TopBrewer now enters its third generation, continuing the legacy of Scanomat, founded in 1961 by Preben Vibe-Petersen. The new features aim to garner feedback and excitement from industry specialists and coffee enthusiasts alike.
