A systematic review of 34 studies on green coffee production reveals inconsistencies in methodologies and reporting, prompting calls for standardized Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to improve transparency and sustainability practices. The review, conducted by CIRAD and published by ISIC, highlights the need for detailed and consistent documentation throughout the seed-to-cup chain.
